FYI, on my DELL laptop, unless the screen is at *just* the right
angle, I can't make out the boundaries of table cells.

Also, if we could get QuickDoc to stop including the initial
indentation in code blocks, and instead move the margin right for
indentation, it would be better.

Typewriter fonts don't scale well w.r.t. others.  They tend to be too
thin.  Try viewing pages at larger point sizes.  That said, I'm not
sure I know what's better.  I like Lucida Console for my work, but I
don't use it by default in my web browser for some reason.
