just a quick response to two question marks in your last post.
i have a mazzer mini for a few years, and i do employ the weiss
distribution technique since a couple of months.
do you think the mazzer burrs could be blunt enough for the brewtus to
produce flaws, while the gaggia is more forgiving in this aspect? and if
that's the case, is there a good way to check myself if the burrs are
still as sharp as they should be?
