I wholeheartedly still agree with Kitt's comments. Todd has called me at home, 
once on Easter Sunday, to help me deal with issues. As long as he's involved, 
things are great. I am encouraged to hear him say that they've worked on their 
service, etc. in a separate message. 

And, in case it wasn't clear, I would buy from him again based on his personal 
touch--I have never been left in the cold. Even though I've had to drive things 
along at times, once I call or email him directly, he gets it taken care of.
