I have the Brewtus II with vibratory pump. I have been perfectly happy
with it. I guess I am not as serious a barista as some of the people on
this group who will express their preference for the rotary pump. I just
wanted you to know that it is possible for some folks to be happy with
the vibrating pump. I am a little hard of hearing but I never thought
my machine was loud.

Hello Everyone,
I am new to this group.....so hello to everyone who participates.
I am buying a Expobar Brewtus IV espresso machine. I am REALLY torn
between which model. My budget is fairly tight and I am going over my
budget as it is when upgrading my grinder too.
To that end, my question is: Is is worth it to jump up to the rotary
pump model? If is roughly $250 more in price. Are the vibratory
pumps that much louder? Any help would be greatly appreciate.
Also, are there any glaring negatives with the Expobar Brewtus IV line
of espresso machines? They seem very well priced for everything you
get and that is why I am looking into them so heavily vs. other name
brandes like the Vibiemme, Alex Duetto II, etc having dual boiler
versions.
Many thanks for any help you can provide.
