Whilst in Chester last year we met someone whose  boat is moored there.
They told us the landowner had given up farming as he was doing so well
from the boaters. He also told us how much per ft/yr they pay. We did a
bit of maths and worked out that the farmer is getting over £150k per
year from the boats !
