Harnser's present position http://tinyurl.com/Harnser-s-route

Well the weather forecast for yesterday was a bit out, we didn't have 12
hours of rain, we had 24, It was still at it when I got up to the loo
early this morning.
When we got up it was fine and we pushed of at quarter to nine, by nine
o'clock it had started to rain very slightly, but this didn't last and
we were soon enjoying bright, warm sun shine. This lasted to the bottom
of the Audlem flight when it went black and the rain fell down right
until we moored 4 locks from the bottom.
Most of the broad locks were with us and we met a boat in Bunbury
Staircase Locks. There is lots of water laying in the fields below the
Audlem Flight and an awful lot coming down the bywashes making entrance
to the locks a bit difficult in places. The flow of water from Bunbury
down towards Chester is probably as great as that down the Llangollen
today.
