All of your examples would be unwanted pregnancy, but your point is well taken. I would add that likely the vast majority of abortion are due to the "oops" factor rather than the examples you state. Sex between consenting adults is perfectly legal, but regulated just like morphine. If we consider abortion illegal then I would guess that non-procreational unprotected sex would also have to be illegal even between consenting adults. Although maybe that's a bit of a stretch.
