Actually, this looks remarkably like the approach my therapist takes with
me. Being a smart cookie, I react well to logical, rational cognative
therapies that let me get at the root of why I'm feeling like I am and (when
it works) use that knowledge to either change non-productive problematic
feelings into things that lend themselves more to positive change or let me
ignore my feelings just long enough to get past some completely irrational
hangup. :-)
