Of course businesses are owned by people.  Really, I'm waiting for
somebody to explain to me how stopping smoking in a restaurant is going
to hurt a particular business if it's done unilaterally. And besides
that, people don't go to a restaurant to smoke, they go to eat.  Why
must the smokers smoke in a restaurant?  I don't go into the kitchen to
piss on the floor.
