Sorry, Steve, that I was unable to make myself clear - as I reported in my first posting to this thread, when I checked, I found that it took my 970 bookmarks 36 seconds to load. You estimated that you have approximately three times as many bookmarks ; thus I didn't find the fact that it takes about three times as long for them to load particularly surprising. You haven't indicated how speedy your internet connexion is nor provided details regarding your computer's performance, so it's difficult to know how your figures relate to mine. One thing should be certain, however ; if you significantly reduce the number of your bookmarks, the number that remain should load more quickly....
