Well it's a 6 Mbps Residential Subscriber service and I use various computers. This behaviour was shown in all the 'puters that I use Chromium/Google-Chrome on so it's not hardware specific or even OS specific as I use a mix of GNU/Linux, MSFT Windows and hardware.
