If I had a problem of dogs trying to dig INTO my yard and all else
failed I'd probably get a roll of wire fencing (maybe 4' fencing) and
roll it flat on the ground along the problem fence. Maybe nail it here &
there to the fence and anchor it in the ground, maybe even make it a
frame of 2x4s flat on top of it so that a dog digging under couldn't get
up on your side. Wouldn't look great but maybe this is a temporary
thing?
