Good luck! One of the most difficult things to resolve is a neighbor dispute
when one of the parties is at fault and doesn't mind the other party's
problems caused by this. We finally had to move 13 years ago because a
neighbor insisted that they owed some of our property and cut down trees,
etc., as they wanted. We had the property surveyed and that didn't help. We
finally decided that it wasn't worth the hassle and sold the property to a
cantankerous old lady who knew the first neighbor quite well and said (with
curled lip) that "Betty" wouldn't be a problem for her. It would have been
interesting to have stayed in the area to watch the fireworks, but we moved
closer to my family instead.
All the best,
Susan Cochran
