I am "just" a pet owner, but don't live under a rock. I didn't first learn about Thrombocytopenia from this list. I didn't first start to worry about it from this discussion.
I have a friend whose Cavalier bitch died of Thrombocytopenia last year. Even the College of Veterinary Medicine at the Texas A&M University couldn't save her beautiful little dog.
