        Yes, we will go in if we see secondary inertia for sure.  My question
was in seeing temperature patterning......if you do read the books (and
of course the pups don't <G>) such as Serrane's, she sees a pattern in
early labor going over twenty four hours and a distressed pup.  Theory
is that the temp drops when a pup detaches and is ready to be born.
However, I'm getting lots of feedback that while that does seem to
happen, it is also the case that it may take 36 hours before productive
labor.  Thanks for this.

It's the breeders who go into distress first, right? LOL
