Susan, The point is the same, A majority of the breeders did not support the proposal to transfer the stud book. If there were no pet owners allowed to vote the outcome would almost certainly have been the same. And the vote was secret because the auditing firm did not retain or publish the names of members and how they voted. You have to sign your name when you go to your precinct to vote but it is a secret ballot and your name and how you voted are not published. Tom Faulkner
