Dear Tom, I don't know where you live, but here in RHODE ISLAND, yes the ENTIRE state, we sign our names on piece of paper to verify we are who we say we are. In the voting booth, there is absolutely no signature required. Other than a partisan election, no one knows which party we vote under and absolutely no one knows HOW we vote. That is a "secret" ballot. signing one's name to the actual ballot on which the question is printed and the boxes for "yes" and "no" are indicated is no "secret" ballot, no matterr how the numbers are published. Roberts Rules of Parliamentary procedure are quite specific on the form the actual ballot must take. CKCSCUSA does not conduct its business...ANY of its business...under those rules. Check the by-laws.
