Hi Sandie

Sorry just saw your message. It is the Large one on wheels. I can put a
full grown adult cavalier in it.

Only one time on a small puddle jumper did the attendant tell me it
could not go on board and I would have to check it but when I told her
it was a dog she apologized. I have always been able to get them under
the seat even in the little planes but it did take some work. I have
actually had attendants let me put the dog in the seat next to me and
put the seat belt across the dog.

Thanks
Cathy
