Leah, How many responses were you looking for? Leanne posted a very comprehensive answer to you on the list and I certainly would not have been able to add anything of further value to her explanation. There are many of us who care about healthy eyes......but it's redundant to repeat info on the list that has already been posted by someone else. I'm sure I'm not the only one that didn't post an answer to you out of thinking your inquiry had already been answered.
