I give my own innoculations and declaws........all pet pups go with a health certificate from my vet. I test the eyes of pups that I keep or sell as future breeding/show prospects.

Do you do all the litter, or just the show prospects? How much has this helped your breeding programs? What other pre purchase testing is done. I know many in the US can and do administer their own innoculations. This is a mixed blessing in that is saves money, but does remove a licensed veterinarian from the picture.
