Hi,

If you don't have a use for it right now, just cook it in a skillet and
freeze it. I cook up large batches of ground beef at a time and then divide
it into small batches and freeze. As long as you don't keep it in the
freezer forever, It tastes just fine when you use it. I just put it in zip
lock bags, but I am seriously considering a food saver. I love to do this
because when I want a meal like tacos, boritos, tatter tot casserole, etc.,
the meat is ready and just needs to be thawed. Have fun!
