not ideal but real--might be switzerland with their system
of cantons so the little regions are represented. u do not
hear of big fights etc from the swiss. at the same time
their big companies also seem to own the govt in some
respects eg the well publicised case of the whistle blower
from england who was hounded until his wife committed
suicide etc. then also the norwegian and swedish who
do not shoot and hang and persecute unlike the asian
variant of democracy.

ps in a democracy u can make rash judgements
