Our project page on whimsy is https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/ppmc/datasketches. Our project proposal (Google doc form): https://s.apache.org/datasketches-proposal-draft tells about the project. I don't think we have a JIRA project key yet, and I think that is part of the problem, it was never set up. Nonetheless, it is my understanding that this step required a Mentor as I have no access to any of the tools on selfserve.apache.org Your help in getting the above two items completed will be greatly appreciated!
