Hi Sage,

Mainly for my clarification:  By "community" you mean a group like the ASF or 
other OS Foundations?  At Apache we use "community" as the equivalent of 
"project".  And is the "applicant" the intern?  I thought the mentors had some 
say in the matching.

One other question:  Does each "community/foundation" need to make some formal 
agreement with Outreachy to have its projects find mentors and hopefully 
interns?  Or do sponsors work directly with projects?
