Thanks for that , Gary. And yep, I should have clarified but I'd only
mentioned it here because, yes, it does work from the UK. And you use a
local number. More info at the page I'd linked to. (Of course, I'm a few
hours behind you guys. The system reports when I can take calls, so feel
free to check it out at will.)

As for the rest, well, helping with the in-laws is double. :-) Seriously,
though, thanks for the kind regards. And honestly, yes, for some people they
can get their problem solved in minutes, so it's a real bargain. I just
figured people didn't always have the time, gumption, resources to dig
around through even all the free resources. I found myself often pointing
out answers, so I thought why not get a little in return. Haven't talked it
up much since I launched it. I fear many would see it as purely commercial
and offensive. Kind of a catch-22, when I just want to let people know about
it who need help. Oh well.

That's one of the most welcomed commercials I've seen, Charlie. :-) I'll
make a note of that. I presume the number works from the UK.

The choices:

$500: Talk to someone at Adobe who probably won't be able to help you unless
you're a noob. Your call gets passed around for a couple of days. May not be
resolved or solution may not be ideal.

Or...

$500: Talk to Charlie for over 4 hours non-stop. Tell him about your local
weather system, who your favourite Lost or Heroes character is, why you
don't get on with your mother-in-law, while Charlie taps away at his
keyboard with one hand (no headset?) to resolve your CF problem. If he can
help you out with your mother-in-law too then that's a bonus. :-)
