Well, I don't promise I can solve all problems. Indeed, I know I can't, but
after 10 years I've certainly seen a lot, and I'm often just amazed at what
little nuggets or techniques people don't know. Can't know everything, I
suppose--and I certainly don't claim to. So again, I don't charge if I can't
help.
