That's one of the most welcomed commercials I've seen, Charlie. :-) I'll
make a note of that. I presume the number works from the UK.

The choices:

$500: Talk to someone at Adobe who probably won't be able to help you unless
you're a noob. Your call gets passed around for a couple of days. May not be
resolved or solution may not be ideal.

Or...

$500: Talk to Charlie for over 4 hours non-stop. Tell him about your local
weather system, who your favourite Lost or Heroes character is, why you
don't get on with your mother-in-law, while Charlie taps away at his
keyboard with one hand (no headset?) to resolve your CF problem. If he can
help you out with your mother-in-law too then that's a bonus. :-)
