Echipa de Localizare a OO nu are nevoie de ajutor extern, ci de ajutor intern, adică de persoane noi care să vină și să se implice în proiect. Chestia asta cu solicitarea de ajutor extern este ciudată, cu ce ne pot ajuta cei care coordonează proiectul la nivel internațional ?
