WHOA! Us?!? THEM?!? There's a whole lotta us vs. them coming out these days. While our own research on what makes successful experiences is still young and rough around the edges, one strong pattern that emerged immediately was that the most successful teams are actually TEAMS. None of this "They don't get it" and "We need a process that works for us" stuff. I'd be real careful promoting this us vs. them sentiment.
