The timers were $10 each at Princess Auto, I believe - we could easily pick up more if we're getting fans.
But I think GMike's right - we should start with as low offer and let them talk us up. So we could start with a *long term* commitment to reduce power usage (with fans and better lights to bed installed soonish)... But it's a bad precedent to offer to pay cash, especially if they're not asking for it.
