Well no, because it doesn't need to. If you're doing something illegal while at SYNHAK, the membership is free to explain to the individual that such things are not welcomed at the space. Then there are two courses of action: * They stop, and nothing more has to be done * They continue, so a proposal to ban them from the space is pushed through. I don't have any problem with going up to people and saying "Hey, you're not welcome here right now. Could you come back on a Tuesday and we can talk about it and decide if you should be barred from returning forever?"
