Not to worry, I have moved the Palm folder to the root level and all is
well.

After the first Hard reset I did not disable the 'Backup' which placed files
onto the Palm that the 'Entourage conduit' saw as corrupt. So with a second
Hard reset and turning off the 'backup' Entourage installed it's files in
their proper places.

The reason I at first moved the Palm folder to the 'handheld folder in
Office 2001 was that the Entourage conduit would not appear in the 'Conduit
settings' window. I always got an error. Just odd, even though the Entourage
conduit was in the right folder.

At this point in time the speed on the sync does not matter. I have it set
to the fastest an there is no problem.
