I am saying so.

It happened to me once pre-SR 1 and once shortly after SR 1. Fortunately,
after spending hours of exporting way too many MBOX files and setting up a
fresh identity exactly the why the old one was (i was lucky to have not
trashed anything in Em@iler so i was able to re-import all my accounts, but
I had to re-do all my rules and mailing lists manually), I learned my lesson
and was able to recover gracefully in a matter of barely 10 minutes when it
happened the second time (post SR1), because I now backup E'rage/MS UserData
religiously at least once a day, and sometimes more on a heavy important
mail day.

So it happens. It hasn't happened since, and I'm willing to believe that it
doesn't happen to everyone, nor does it happen often, but there's always a
chance. Still, it's a program I've come to rely on and it meets my needs
quite well, and with Entourage Email Archive, it makes it easy to keep my
database from getting too monstrous without having to do much pruning or
much disaster recovery should it ever go haywire on me again.

There are few software applications that are perfect and flawless all the
time. E'rage certainly isn't, but it's damn good, and that's good enough for
me. Don't take it so personally, Paul :)

'nuff said.

Laurie
