If  by „MindVision” installer you are referring to the VISE installer used almost universally I have reported a problem with it as follows: The VISE installer needs English as the default language for it to function. It accepts any language in the default setting of Preferences as long as it is English. Australian. Canadian, British or American does not matter but it has to be English. In my experience it just chokes if a default language other than English is selected in the MacOS Preferences. It is not enough to just select English for the application in question, English has to be selected as default in the preferences.
I had considerable problems with this since I use Hungarian extensively and selected it as the default. The VISE installer would load and then unload from the dock without doing anything.
I reported it to the support of one of the applications I tried to upgrade and he reported it further. I have not seen or heard of any fix appearing in response.
