I haven't heard of that problem before, although we're only using Entourage on 
a fairly limited basis.  The first thing that jumped out at me in your email 
though is that you are pointing Entourage at your back-end servers.  You should 
ALWAYS point Entourage at your front-end server.  Maybe try that and see if it 
helps things at all.

This is killing us, HUGE step backwards in productivity from Outlook 2001.

As an update, if a message is moved by a PC user from the inbox to a users 
inbox subfolder, the Entourage user will see the message moved almost right 
away, at next sync for sure.

If an Entourage user moves a message, another Entourage user or PC will not see 
that move reflect for anywhere from 2-5 minutes.

There is DEFINITELY a back-end synchronization problem. This should warrant a 
Hotfix!!!
