I don't use Entourage with Exchange, so keep the salt handy... I remember reading somewhere that Entourage 2004 has a hard-coded sync schedule for Exchange accounts. Hopefully someone with some real knowledge will confirm this (I looked in the list archives, but all I found was "Microsoft told me" accounts). Hitting "Send and Receive" actually doesn't affect the Exchange account. I'm guessing that you are seeing the delay because Entourage doesn't actually move the message until the next sync occurs and then the other users don't see the change until their next sync occurs. -Remo Del Bello -- "I don't know!
