Remo, I believe that's correct that there is a hard-coded sync schedule, but from what I remember, it's once per minute, so it shouldn't be taking 5 minutes for one of these changes to take effect unless I'm not aware of some information related to how shared mailboxes are handled. Up to 2 minutes, however, does seem reasonable. Have you actually timed it to see how long it takes, Darrin, or was 5 minutes an estimate?

Hopefully someone with some real knowledge will confirm this (I looked in the list archives, but all I found was "Microsoft told me" accounts). Hitting "Send and Receive" actually doesn't affect the Exchange account.
