I think that Canon don't realease such a lens. I understand your needs...
But a 100-300 IS USM is too close of a 75-300 IS USM for beeing produced...

But perhaps in a far future, when Canon have already upgraded a lot of L
lenses, it will release a new version of the 100-300 !

Who knows :)
