Cool function. Which bodies have it? My impression that only the 1
series have PFs.

This particular function on works only during single frame advance mode, the
mirror comes up and shutter opens and closes to take the shot when you press
down the shutter release, but the mirror won't come down until you release
the shutter release, so if you are in a quiet environment such as church
session, or a briefing then you can press the shutter release to take the
shot but don't release the shutter until you lower the camera out of the way
or under your coat or something, works quite well for me so I have it set at
all times.
