Fred: So the prospect of a private pilot exercising sport pilot privileges with a certificated aircraft that they own, needing an A&P to do preventive maintenance or at least signing off on it is a beautiful thing? :) Kim: Yes, but that’s just my opinion and most certainly a minority one on this list. I have the highest regards for you in your quest to fly. I wish you the very best.
