That's long been a wish of many folks on this list, and has been discussed 
before.  Part of the problem is that such a kit almost has to be generic, so 
it comes with technical challenges that limit its audience.

Designing a bolt-in EVl kit is not trivial.  Just ask Mike Brown or Randy 
Holmquist.  By the time you can design and proof it, the vehicle you 
designed it for is old and usually out of production, or so altered by 
redesign that the kit doesn't work any more.  This limits the useful sales 
lifetime of the kit and often makes it economically infeasible.
