Really, home charging is the best idea of all. I think the swap is mostly eyewash for people used to having to go out for their fuel. That and for long voyages.
There are some advantages to leasing packs - put their care and feeding more in the hands of the manufacturer. I can imagine "tow trucks" like a roll back, with a battery swapper in the bed. You call AAA and they have the tow truck pick up a correct pack and bring it to you for swapping.
