Drivel mostly. She compares energy density, but completely ignores the weight of H2 tanks, fuel cells, batteries, etc. on the FCEV. Once you add those in the differences are negligible.
She lists the speed advantage of refueling, but glosses over the fact that if you not close to one of the few stations, you'll either have to spend a lot of time driving out of your way, or (for someone like me) the time to refuel with H2 is currently infinite. Even if I spent the thousands for an H2 hydrolzer and compression system, and additional thousands to double the size of my PV array to power it, I could only drive it locally because the nearest H2 fueling station is over 600 miles from my house.
