We elect attorneys to power. Why should we not expect them to be 'smooth talkers?' As far as war goes, lets face it, we are not in power, nor is anyone on this list, politically influential. Its a oligarchy madam, (misquoting Ben Franklin), if you can keep it.

Any intelligence agency worth it's salt is going to push to the limit of the law. Would you expect, or want anything less?
