The Wittgenstein "language" quote I think of is

*    The limits of my language are the limits of my world.* 

But that is young Wittgenstein. Older Wittgenstein (in his 40s and 50s) had 
moved to "the language game".

He might have revised it: *If your find your world limiting, play a new 
language.*
