I haven't work at shop in years, but that markup is absurd.  It might be what 
the manufacturer's cost is, but not what they sell to the dealer for.  Actually 
that way it makes sense, if it cost Suzuki $3100 to make it, then they sell it 
to the dealer for $6200, then the dealer sells it for $8899.
