I'm pretty sure that I looked at every single of them.
But either I wasn't competent to judge them and hoped
someone else would review/discuss/commit (atmosphere
stuff, instruments), or I was (sufficiently) competent,
but my complaints were not addressed (multiline
gdb-backtraces added to function headers etc.) and you
didn't re-submit fixed versions[1]. And then there were
a few of your patches that I actually committed. Two or
three, IIRC. And, finally, I even looked at the bug
list on your website and picked up two ideas from
there and implemented them.

[1] Of course, this doesn't mean that only code can go
    in that *I* find acceptable. But OTOH, nobody can
    expect me to commit something that I don't like.  :-}
