A Wallstreet running OS-9 and earlier will work only with the 'OHCI' cards
How can I tell which cards I have. I have one that likes to freeze

In my (limited) experience, the EHCI/UHCI cards (the ones which do
not work at all under OS-9) also occasionally lose track of a
connected USB mouse under OS-X, so that the cursor appears frozen.
However, in this situation the cursor will still respond to the
trackpad. The USB mouse function can be restored by simply unplugging
and replugging its USB connector.
