tortoise I have a USB card for my Wally so today I'll try to pickup a cable at Fry's to try. What OS and driver are you using? I have OS 8.6 OS 9.2.2 and OS 10.4.11 on my machine. If my shop was doing better a trip to Frisco could be written of as office expense.
