Hello Tom,
So far, "yes" to all, though I'm not sure about the importing of IE
bookmarks.

Again, yes to all - and why indeed? I use Safari pretty much as default - on
rare occasions, I come across a site that is more supportive of IE (and it's
usually a Shockwave issue, rarer still a Java issue), and use that only as
backup. On my Classic unit, I've been trying iCab, and like it so far. IE is
just s-l-o-w, and I am so-o-o glad to completely ditch Netscape, where
consistent use makes my head want to explode - I have saved so much $$ on
duct tape alone!
